By accessing and using the PostRight website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PostRight's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

The materials appearing on PostRight's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PostRight does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. PostRight may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

PostRight has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PostRight of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. User Content Responsibility
7.1 PostRight operates as a letter printing and postal delivery platform only. PostRight is not the author of any letter content submitted by users and accepts no responsibility for the content of letters created using the Write Your Own feature or submitted via the Custom Upload feature.
7.2 By using the Write Your Own or Custom Upload features, the user confirms and warrants that the content of their letter does not contain profanity, threatening language, harassment, hate speech, blackmail, extortion, or any content that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.
7.3 The user accepts full legal responsibility for the content of any letter submitted via the Write Your Own or Custom Upload features. PostRight reserves the right to refuse to process any order at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the content may breach these terms or applicable law.
7.4 Submitting content that breaches these terms constitutes a material breach of the agreement between the user and PostRight and voids any entitlement to a refund.
7.5 PostRight cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose user information and order details where required to do so by law.
8. Modifications
PostRight may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
