If you live in the European Economic Area, your UK State Pension usually goes up each year. Changes like a new address or bank details go to the International Pension Centre by phone or in writing, not by email.
Telling HMRC You Have Left
If you fill in a Self Assessment return, you tell HMRC you have left the UK on form SA109, which goes by post. HMRC's online services cannot be used for this.
